Converse Lucky Star Ox Shoes

This low cut rendition of an archival style promotes a distinctive finish with contrasting white top stitched lines across navy blue textile uppers. Standing out against other old school Chuck Taylor designs, branding has been kept to a minimum on this style, with just a stylised rubber license plate patch visible on the back of the heel. The traditional lace up fastening includes silver metal eyelets and slim white cotton laces over the tongue, the inner side walls include two metal eyelets which provide ventilation. Encouraging comfort and foot support, the sockliner includes a cushioned heel and arch design, highlighted through a red and white print. The front white toe cap has a line of texture along the top, which pairs well with the layered white outsole designed with a connecting slim black stripe, also visible along the centre of the midline. Added to increase durability, an extra rubber panel on the front of the toes includes varying stripes, cross hatching and debossed diamonds.

Living up to modern grip and stability needs, the dark brown tread design includes an array of stars with indented centres within thick crossover lines. Additional curves have been added below the inner curve of the foot and at the big toe. Originating back to 1967, the Converse Lucky Star has made a swift comeback with its pared back aesthetic and old school vibes.
